Sign-in help
Check spam and promotions folders for magic-link email. Open the link on the same device when possible. Apple and Google sign-in use the shared BambooLabs authentication service; FaceBrief never receives your provider password.
Billing
Open Billing to purchase or manage a FaceBrief Pro web subscription through Stripe. If a released mobile app offers an Apple or Google purchase, its billing screen will include the applicable purchase and restore controls. Include the provider receipt ID, not card details, when contacting support.
Data export and deletion
Open Account to download your FaceBrief information or permanently delete it. Active FaceBrief billing is canceled before account deletion. These controls are available on both free and paid plans.
Reporting a security issue
Email [email protected] with a concise reproduction. Do not access another person's data, disrupt the service, or include live credentials in an unencrypted message.
